If you are reading this on my blog I’m sorry it’s been a while. In order to stay caught up with me I suggest following me on TikTok! I post an emotional intelligence message everyday, as well as advice based on the current astrology. I throw in family and fun, too.

Today I posted a two part message for someone facing a difficult decision if you’re interested in that. I have also posted the first part to a new series where we are going to dive deep, deep into emotional intelligence and what that means. So please check that out, too.

My best friend and I will be launching a YouTube channel soon called Conscious Connections. Please consider this two part intro and the videos to come here a mini version of the things she and I will be speaking about at length starting next week.

I will also have other people on the channel, too. My daughter has agreed to do an episode with me about how we learned to consciously connect and break cycles together. I’m positive at some point John will be one, too. You’ll finally get to meet him and his genuine energy. He and I can discuss consciously connecting on a romantic level.

But for now, I wanted to do a mini version here for you. This intro will be in two parts, so please listen to both if you’re interested in gaining emotional intelligence and changing your life. I promise you that you will gain so much wisdom and knowledge from what is to come.

I want to talk about what emotional intelligence is. Once we have a good handle on what it is we are going to talk about how to cultivate it and evolve it as an intentional part of your daily life. With each new part I will be focusing on one trigger or emotion at a time.

See, emotional intelligence is ability to first identify what you’re feeling. Only when you identify it can you understand it. Once you understand it you can flow through your emotions in healthier ways. It reduces your stress and anxiety in ways I wish I could bottle and sell.
