Weekly Astrology 9/21 through 9/27

I’m back to give you a heads up on the coming week and what you can expect to run into. This is an overview of the skies for September 21st through September 27th. We can’t prevent what comes up in life often enough, but we can determine how we are going to deal with it.

Just like knowing ahead of time it’s going to rain prepares you to take an umbrella, knowing what to expect astrologically can prepare you for what is coming. We can’t stop some of the storms we face, so the best we can do is prepare for them. I hope this helps you in some way.

Do your best to keep a sense of humor no matter what. You’re not likely to change other people or their opinions. Focus on your own path above all. Other people aren’t focused on your stability and peace of mind this week, so you have to cultivate it for yourself. Good advice for any week, really.

September 21, 2020: Monday

The Moon will be in Sagittarius and should help us feel optimistic and hopeful. Mercury is still in Libra. Overall this can be a good thing, but be cautious you’re not holding back to “keep the peace”. When you avoid conflict that is necessary you only start a war within yourself.

Mercury is squaring Pluto in Capricorn today. There could be communication issues at work with bosses or co-workers. Look to the area of your life where Pluto is transiting and this could tell you more about where some communication issues may show up. It’s great to be fair, but sometimes Libra is more concerned with peace than fairness.

Mercury is also going to be square Venus in Leo. This could have you compromising your values. However, it could also propose you an opportunity to shine that you don’t see coming. So, be ready for that, too. If there is something you’ve been excelling at you may be presented a chance to prove it. Knowing this ahead of time can help you prepare for that.

This is the last day the Sun will be in Virgo. Take care of all the details you’ve been avoiding, clean up your space, and purify your energy going ahead. Above all do not react without consulting your intuition today.

You may feel more celebratory today as well, and find it harder to work because of the aspect between Venus and Jupiter. So, make some time for fun and joy today. Even if it’s dancing alone in your room.

September 22, 2020: Tuesday:

Today is the Autumn equinox, which means we’ll have an equal amount of daytime and nighttime. The Sun is moving into Libra, which gives us a chance to consider people outside of ourselves. It shines a light on our relationships. Are they fair and balanced? Where are we over-compromising or not compromising enough in our relationships?

The Moon is still in Sagittarius giving you optimism and drive, but Sagittarius can also not be willing to budge. The shadow side here is if you feel something is true in your core you’re not likely to compromise at all, and you’ll want to push what it is you believe onto others or you may encounter that.

This Moon is trine Chiron in Aries and Venus in Leo, though. They are three fire signs. So, pay attention to your life purpose today. What drives you? What do you desire from life? It may feel quite intense today. I’d be cautious of anyone making you promises. If it seems too good to be true today it likely is.

Also, watch out for wishful thinking.

September 23, 2020: Wednesday

The Moon will be moving to Capricorn this evening. This could have you a bit more serious minded. I think the biggest thing to watch out for today is Mercury in Libra square Saturn in Capricorn, as well as Venus in Leo square Mercury in Libra. Make sure you’re aware of the differences between your feelings and the facts you’re presented with.

With Venus square Mercury people could try to take advantage of you and then victim blame. So, make sure if you’re making any exchanges you’re reading all the fine print before you sign for it. Be careful not to react with anger, but you will most likely stick up for yourself more today.

While people will want to take advantage of you, you won’t be allowing it. If you are the type who is manipulative or takes advantage stop that. You will have a bit more clarity on who is in your life because they genuinely want to be there, and who is there for what they can get from you.

Something about the square with Saturn jumps out at me. Saturn is the planet of karma. So, if there are karmic relationships that aren’t healthy for you today may be the day you’re finally able to end it.

It’s not a day to let people walk all over you or rush you. So, if they are rushing you tell them time isn’t an issue for you, and you need time to read everything over, or think everything through.

September 24, 2020: Thursday

Today may be tough. You may feel like life is just unfair and everyone else gets what they want and you don’t. Mercury in Libra will be squaring our Mars Rx in Aries. There is going to be friction between when you offer support and when you need to assert yourself.

This whole week is really about balance honestly. The Moon is still in Capricorn pushing us to be productive, but it’s square Chiron. So, there is tension between your will and other people’s will. Is there a middle ground? Listen to your feelings and go within.

This Moon is also trine Uranus, so if you can remain positive and patient any work or progress you make is going to be rewarded. If you are someone who is prone to feel sorry themselves and easily slips into a victim mindset be careful and conscious of that today.

When you start feeling like life isn’t fair and what it ought to be today is a good day to figure out how to change it. Can you add as stream of income? Is there a hobby you have been thinking of picking up?

Do not react to competition and don’t judge others. If you find yourself feeling this way pause and reflect. The proper way to use yang (masculine) energy is to allow passion to lead you. Competition isn’t healthy, no matter what they say. So, be sure you’re fueling your passion. Exercise is great today, even if it’s a long walk out in nature.

September 25, 2020: Friday

Today the Moon is still in Capricorn, but it’s sitting on top of the big three: Saturn, Pluto, and Jupiter. With Saturn and Pluto being Rx it’s asking you to review something about how you structure your life and work. Jupiter could bring you a gift of insight today. Capricorn is incredibly practical.

You are gifted this ability to plan ahead. With the Moon still square Mars in Aries you may lack the drive or ability to forge ahead, but that’s okay. You’re not being asked to forge ahead. Just to create a plan.

A lot of the week may feel unstable. You may feel incredibly good one day and completely depressed the next. Today you should be relatively stable. You aren’t likely to have many emotional or intellectual distractions. This allows you to practically plan for the future.

The one caution is that you may struggle today with loneliness or isolation. So, make sure you have a plan to call someone you care about or get together with family. I just want to reiterate that this week is about learning not to people please at your own expense, however. So, don’t hang out or speak to people who make you feel that way.

Some of the tension between you and other people is likely lifted today, and you’re able to connect better. This is because of all the practical Earth energy. You’re not feeling as emotionally invested in outcomes. You’re seeing things pretty black and white. No heart-to-heart talks today. Keep it light. If you try to resolve a larger issue it’s likely to make it worse.

September 26, 2020: Saturday

The Moon moves to Aquarius and you’ll feel good if you do something to help others today. It’s trine the Sun in Libra, so there is a lot of thinking, ideas, and perhaps epiphanies for you today. It’s square Uranus, so any help you do give is likely to get you an unexpected reward. So, set some time aside to care about the community at large and do a good deed or two.

The moon is also sextile Chiron, so you’re not as apt to be hurt by others if you go out of your way to help them.

I will say there is potential today to stand up for yourself. This is in a way that will make things uncomfortable in the short-term, but way better for you in the long-term. So, if you need to have a heart-to-heart today is the day for it. Don’t just tell people what they want to hear. Speak your truth.

If something needs to be said say it, but you’re just as prone to say something you shouldn’t. The key here is self-awareness and self-control.

September 27, 2020: Sunday

Today Mercury is moving to Scorpio. No longer are you concerned with what is fair and just. You’re wanting to dive deep and talk about how things make you feel. Scorpio is concerned with diving to the emotional truth of the matter. So, prepare yourself for this.

I would hold back from communicating exactly how you feel today, or at least think through how you’re speaking. The Moon in Aquarius is going to be square Venus in Leo. So, there is tension between whether or not you fix everything for others, or demand the attention you feel you deserve for once.

I would ask yourself today before you make any decision which one is going to be of the greatest good for the greatest amount of people. There is this potential today to tell people off and let them know every way in which they have disappointed you. This only leaves you more isolated and lonely.

Do you still have people in your life you’re trying to educate? If so, why? When are you going to cut those people off and surround yourself with people who are already educated and on your level? The potential for misunderstandings is quite huge today, so just be careful.

Today is a fantastic day to practice emotional intelligence. To remind yourself nothing is as personal as it feels, and to set healthy boundaries in a kind way. To be sure you’re not allowing other people to trigger you into reactions. Don’t let them pull your strings like you’re a puppet and they are your master.

I hope this helps! Namaste!
