I am going to do a series on each Rising or Ascendant Sign and the soul purpose of that sign. Your Rising Sign is your soul, and it’s what you’re meant to evolve into this lifetime. The rest of your chart can tell us more about how you’re meant to evolve it, the challenges and triumphs you may face along the way, but as a general rule the mission itself is the same.

We’ve made it through Leo, Scorpio, Cancer, Pisces, Libra, Aries, Taurus, and Aquarius Rising. Tomorrow we’ll tackle Sagittarius, Virgo, and Gemini Rising. This one is for the Rising sign in Capricorn. Where to even start.

Capricorn Rising, you have a goal in this lifetime to achieve your dreams and create a legacy. To create a career path and be dedicated to it. This is all about making a name for yourself and it doesn’t come without pressure to say the least. With Libra in your tenth house your career is going to be the most important relationship of this lifetime.

Remember, your Rising is what you’re growing into and wherever Capricorn is in our chart we are delayed, late bloomers. With Sagittarius being in your 12th house you will learn your path through spirituality and releasing, and through hidden enemies, which we will discuss.

Since the 12th house is all that is hidden you may shun spirituality for a while and not feel you need it, but you absolutely need it. With Virgo in the ninth house this is another placement that may have you critical for most of your life regarding spirituality and higher minded concerns.

It’s much easier for you to fall back into your Cancer in the 7th house. To mother and care for a partner. When what you actually need is a strong, independent partner who can nurture you. So, you may learn through relationships that have imbalanced power dynamics.

With Scorpio in the 11th a lot of your transformation will come through friendships, networking, groups you involve yourself in. You may find over your life that often people you call a friend were enemies the entire time. This is teaching you how to read people and spot them before they harm you.

You have a lot of hidden pride with Leo in the 8th house. You shine in things related to the occult, in solving mysteries, in learning about conspiracy theories, and you take great pride in these things, but they aren’t what you’re meant to do in this life. Swallow the pride.

With Pisces in the third house your divinity is found in communicating compassion to your community and in releasing communities that no longer serve you as needed. You’re incredibly creative and artistic with Taurus in the fifth house, so perhaps you make money through that.

No pressure, Cap, but your goal is to literally create a heaven on earth. Use some of the discipline you have to become a disciple. Before you, Sagittarius identified the spiritual goal for us. Now you are supposed to show us how we get there. To use practical methodology to get us tangible results.

You’re all about mindfulness, method, and skill that you gather through patient application and practice. You can identify the appropriate use of resources, in this case spiritual resources, to achieve success. So, while you’re meant to have a career and leave a legacy it should be rooted in spirituality.

Your sign is the most misunderstood. It’s tied to both the best and the worst human character. The astrology for you at this time is pushing you to awaken spiritually. Your soul is learning the right use of resources. This includes our inner resources. No one can learn the power of their own energy and become skilled at using it from books alone.

It’s through experience, practical application, and practice, which are all qualities you have, that we can learn. You’re meant to develop your conscious and practice deep self-observation. You’ll notice patterns, connections, and deepen your understanding of energy and the laws of cause and effect.

At worst you’re greedy. You’re meant to show the world how to achieve greatness and still care about those who are left behind. The greed is your ego, fear-based response. This is what can sometimes lead to you having a terrible reputation. When you cave to the fear and ego you chase after worldly success for the sake of wealth and power. This is a false sense of security.

Once you transform spiritually you are a generous, compassionate soul. Greed and compassion are two expressions of the same energy, and you have the power to transmute it all for the highest good.

Your power and skill lies in your focus, intelligence, and diligent methods. This gives you the ability to trace the energy of your emotion and desire directly back to source. Rather than chasing an outward direction of greed and the need for others to know who you are. You transform into compassion that comes from a deep, lasting sense of achievement.

Namaste
