Solstice Speak

I don’t know if I’ll share this after I publish it. Perhaps I’ll just leave it here and if it’s meant to find someone it will. All I know is that I’m in tears right now because I spent all day with my anxiety. We’ve become quite closely acquainted this year, and I’ve had to use some major self-soothing techniques since then to learn to tame it.
