Since July of last year I have found myself in the most unfamiliar space my physical body has ever been in, but it feels so good to my soul. I began asking the Christian God for growth years ago, but then I outgrew him. I began to seek science for the answers, and I still do for many things, but it has gotten it wrong, too. I certainly learned my lesson idealizing anyone or anything.

Eventually I decided to learn about human behavior and psychology in order to look within for those answers. That’s where they all are. Every single lesson you believe you struggle to learn is there. In fact, that’s the only place those answers will ever be found. How much time we waste seeking them elsewhere. You get to decide what you value and cultivate it within.

It’s not then your job to project your way as the only right way. That’s forgetting to remain humble. Confidence and arrogance are not the same thing. Confidence isn’t meanness and spite either. It’s rising above behaviors and societal norms that…
