Here are some healthy life tips:
- Own who you are.
All of you. The good, the bad, and the ugly. The first step to changing, growing, and evolving is to admit there is a need for it. This requires we stop blaming other people and become accountable for the fact that we allowed ourselves to remain entangled with those other people.
At the root of it all is a sense of worthiness or unworthiness. If you feel you have to hustle for your worthiness that’s what you’ll do, and when the next “hit” of external validation doesn’t come you’ll act out because of it. If you have toxic traits I assure you people know. May as well admit it.
The best thing about it being our own fault is we have the power to change it. Stop wasting time trying to change other people and control them. Self-control and self-growth is the focus here. It’s all you have.
2. Never shame yourself.
We all learn what we live and are shaped by our environment growing up, and the world at large. Instead of being angry at those cycles realize they are not as personal as they feel. You’re not a bad person unworthy of love and belonging simply because you repeated cycles and made bad choices.
