June 1st~7th: Sovereignty or Survival?
Introduction: Your Body is the Oracle
Today is a powerful start to a new week. A week in which we are being asked to choose intentionally whether we will continue in survival mode, or if we can take the less traveled path of sovereignty?
I know neither path is easy, and only one leads to contentment in all states of being. There’s something strange in the air — an undercurrent, subtle but undeniable.
If there is unspoken love or wounding between you and another person it may come up this week. There may be a silent yearning or a spoken desire that either softens an old wound, or demands it finally be seen.
This week be brave enough to be vulnerable, even if it hurts.
Don’t force your pain into poetry. Not everything needs meaning to be valid. Some things just ache. And trying to give them purpose only makes them stay longer.
Maybe your story is similar to mine…
One of unrequited love with someone you still speak to, and can feel the undercurrent of what is not being said in every conversation.
We can be honest about our pain, while still receiving love as a balm to soothe it. Love isn’t a pretty feeling. It’s a choice to let someone see you in your mess and your magic. To stop holding back from fear and anxiety. To stop sabotaging what is real for what is familiar.
This is about allowing our inner priest or priestess to lead us forward, and not the version of us who got burned in the past. The change isn’t coming, it’s here. You’re not preparing to become the butterfly.
You’re already dissolving in the cocoon.
This is the part no one romanticizes — but it’s where your wings are born.
Venus and Mercury both moved into Aries earlier this year and did a retrograde (Rx) back into Pisces. Mercury has moved on and is currently in Gemini. But Venus, in detriment in Aries, is still there. And now she’s conjunct Chiron, our deepest wound and greatest gift.
With Eris nearby, don’t be surprised if your authenticity stirs conflict. Not because you’re wrong, but because you’re done trying to fit into places you’ve outgrown. What you neglect or haven’t noticed will likely be triggered this week.
But we can no longer keep building homes from pain instead of presence.
This is asking us to face the times in life we feel invisible. Or like me, you are deeply seen and loved, but not yet met in your frequency. It’s time to stop caring if people misrepresent you. To choose yourself and your alignment and sovereignty over what you nervous system feels safe enough to do. You leap first. You build self-trust in the air.
And that’s where safety finds you.
Venus’ initial entrance into Aries was asking us where we lack assertiveness in our partnerships. When she moved back into Pisces she was reviewing what she once called empathy, and realizing it was actually enabling — A way she stayed small to stay loved.
And now she is conjunct our deepest wound in the sign of survival on the shadow side, and sovereignty on the evolved side. Accept the versions of you that lived in survival, so you can step into sovereignty now.
With the Nodes being in Virgo and Pisces maybe we fear losing material resources and support if we follow our calling. We are afraid to stop performing our role, being useful and obedient. The North Node in Pisces asks us to surrender the map and trust the current. This isn’t about logic.
It’s about intuitive alignment.
Let go of overthinking, the need to perfect everything, procrastination. There is no right or perfect moment. You have now. Stop sabotaging your own momentum by clinging to what is familiar and refusing to set yourself free. Because your fear can sometimes be what you’re calling intuition.
I promise your body doesn’t care if you’re loved, successful, or anything else. It just wants to feel safe. It doesn’t need a new strategy or plan. I need you to embody yourself fully this week. Life will conspire to give you all you want if you simply wake up each day and create capacity for it.
Sunday, June 1st:
Today is ruled by the Sun in Gemini — but with no major aspects, the ego steps back. We’re simply gathering intel. There may be an itch for more signs, more messages, but the invitation is clear:
Trust what you’ve already received.
Ascension without embodiment is just escape in prettier clothes.
This week, your evolution demands your wholeness.
Life isn’t letting you half-ass your healing anymore — not because you’re failing, but because you’re finally ready.
The Moon is in Leo today, suggesting we want to be seen, loved, and valued for who we are. But if we are performative, rather than vulnerable, that isn’t the outcome we will receive. Drop the masks.
Early this morning the Moon conjoined Mars in Leo. This drive to be seen is raw and real — but when the Moon squares Uranus later, reality might not mirror our internal vision. That’s not rejection.
That’s redirection toward authenticity.
Or, it’s trying to and you’re afraid to trust it.
That’s not a punishment. It’s an invitation to align your actions with your embodiment, not your anxiety. What needs to shift in you to make space for what you’ve been calling in?
Be mindful:
Mars doesn’t know the difference between being seen and being validated. Don’t mistake attention for attunement. Let yourself be loved in ways that reach your bones, not just your timeline.
That tension isn’t something to get angry about. It’s something to consider. Because survival mode has you chasing everything, even hustling for your healing. Begging for another sign. And this square is saying you’re not getting anymore signs. The path is clear.
You may say, “It’s not clear! What path?!”
This one:
The path of waking up every day responsible for your own nervous system. The path of becoming the safest version of yourself you’ve ever been.
That’s the path. And when you follow it — everything else finds its place.
And deep down? You already know what it is. It’s the version of you that no longer needs confirmation to follow truth. It’s nervous system safety as a spiritual path of alignment. It’s not about ascending anymore.
Minutes after the Moon squares Uranus she will sextile Jupiter. You may realize you were performing for love that doesn’t align. Or maybe you realize you’ve been sabotaging love that does align all along, and you reach out to have an honest, vulnerable conversation.
As Leo hands the torch to Virgo, we shift from bold expression to quiet preparation. From being seen to becoming steady. We move from center stage to sacred preparation. Release perfectionism and practice my 90 second challenge if you’re overthinking or overwhelmed.
Leo asks you to stop performing. Aries asks you to assert your truth. Taurus asks you to confront what you still fear about stability and safety.
It can also be feeling guilty for pleasure. Don’t.
This day isn’t about doing more.
It’s about noticing when you start performing, hustling, or doubting — and choosing instead to come back to your breath, your body, your truth.
That’s sovereignty.
That’s the real signal.
Everything else is noise.
Journal Prompt:
- Where am I still performing expected roles, instead of embodying my own truth about who I am?

Monday, June 2nd:
Happy birthday to my oldest son, Tyler! Tyler taught me early on that love isn’t about biology — it’s about devotion. Which feels fitting on a day where the Moon demands both discernment and depth.
We begin with a Half Moon at 12° Virgo — the crisis phase. In the sign of perfectionism and overthinking, the tension is sharp. If there’s an issue, we feel it instantly. Someone’s being rigid; maybe us
Mondays are ruled by the Moon.
On one side, the Virgo Moon asks us to embody alignment and devotion to what matters. On the other, the Sun in Gemini keeps us spinning — analyzing instead of feeling, labeling instead of living.
Mental noise posing as control.
Staying stuck is a certain hell.
Moving forward might be another kind of hell.
But at least one of them leads somewhere.
Our quick-witted intelligence may sabotage a more practical embodied approach. Some of us want to keep skimming the surface. Pretending we are unbothered, playful, and adaptable. All because inside we are trying to fit what is happening into ordered boxes.
Life isn’t like that.
Your desire for perfection could ruin a great opportunity. It’s time for us to stop hopping from one thing to another, and instead, create a container to hold what is coming. Part of you wants to calculate and break up and put things into categories to feel safe.
But real safety isn’t found there.
With the Sun in Gemini our nervous systems are already on higher alert. We don’t need to attach stories and meaning to the pain. Mercury rules both signs and is currently in Gemini.
So there is an electric current in the air and we are in agony and ecstasy. We swing between reason and passion so fast it becomes absurd — almost comical, like trying to choreograph a thunderstorm.
We crave to be understood, to project ourselves clearly. But Gemini can care too much about fitting in, and that has nothing to do with true belonging. So, again, will you stop performing out of obligation?
We yearn for freedom, but value and need support. But the whole lesson here is we don’t actually have to sacrifice our freedom to be served and be of service to others. Sit in the discomfort and let it expand you.
Journal Prompt:
- Where do I still try and logic my way through emotions?
- How can I expand my capacity to sit in discomfort and let it move through me?

Tuesday, June 3rd:
Happy birthday to my nephew, Francisco!
He reminds me how boldness can come wrapped in tenderness — a fitting energy for a day ruled by Mars in Leo.
Tuesdays are ruled by Mars and while he isn’t making any aspects he is in Leo. Anything that threatens your authenticity or heart will feel like a red flag today. Mars cuts and severs. And he went Rx in Leo and moved back into Cancer, and he’s slowly making his way toward Virgo.
So he reconsidered who he was, and whether he was loving and nurturing from a wounded or coherent space, and now he’s ready to be precise in what he learned moving forward. But chasing precision can make you miss the forest for one insignificant tree.
Mars in Leo wants to act from the heart, but when the heart isn’t heard, it can roar instead of reflect. But today is a non-reaction kind of day.
Which is good because we see the Moon in Virgo squaring off with Mercury in Gemini. We’re craving practicality, coherence, logic. But others may feel scattered, impractical, or unclear. This mismatch could create friction — or an opportunity to step back.
We may feel the urge to control the conversation or redirect how others are perceiving us. But that’s a fast track to burnout and misunderstanding. Instead, give yourself permission to pause — and trust that silence doesn’t mean you’re misunderstood. It means you’re centering your energy.
Let yourself just feel your way forward. Pause. Breathe.
Move your body.
Listen to your inner guidance system. The still, small, embodied voice.
Let the noise be noise. You’re under no obligation to turn other people’s perceptions into your reality. Today isn’t about having the right words. It’s about feeling your way into resonance — even when others don’t meet you there.
Your peace doesn’t need a spokesperson.
Journal prompt:
- How can I communicate and engage without expecting everyone to think, speak, and act like me?
- Where can I grow my tolerance for diversity without allowing misaligned values to create programs of hate or division?

Wednesday, June 4th:
Today is ruled by Mercury, yet he’s not making any aspects.
That means no interference, no static. Just a clear channel, if we don’t clutter it with proving, performing, or persuading. This could be the day a long-circled conversation finally lands — if we let it unfold without ego.
Don’t get stuck in loops trying to prove your point.
Let truth do the heavy lifting.
The Moon is in Virgo trine Uranus in Taurus early in the morning. We ease into the body’s wisdom early in the day — a quiet reminder that alignment is what creates safety, not the other way around.
But that steadiness might wobble when the Moon squares Jupiter in Gemini. The mind wants to scatter. To make meaning. To move fast.
Don’t follow it just because it’s loud.
As the Moon then moves into Libra be aware of conflict avoidance. It’s not the time to stay small and quiet. Part of you may want to just keep the peace, but as the Moon opposes Saturn and Neptune in Aries, you’re being asked to stop sourcing peace from your surroundings, and start becoming the container you build peace within.
The Moon then trines over to Pluto in Aquarius.
Whatever we’ve been processing so far this week has a chance to be truly integrated. Especially as Venus in Aries will sextile Jupiter in Gemini. This is a beautiful moment to expand into the knowing of who you are , and who genuinely honors that version of you.
What you used to chase? Couldn’t even ping your radar today.
You’ve risen out of range.
Journal Prompt:
- How can I communicate in quiet power?
- Ease into more embodied living and loving?
- Where do I still abandon myself to keep others from doing it?

Thursday, June 5th:
Happy birthday, baby daddy. Iykyk
The things we don’t say out loud still shape the energy we walk through — and this day carries echoes of everything unsaid, but still known.
Thursday is ruled by Jupiter — and right now he’s still in Gemini, his place of detriment. The expansion we seek here isn’t loud or linear. It’s mental.
Nervous system-based.
It’s asking:
Can you hold more thought without spiraling into story?
Just remember to come back to faith today. Desperation distorts discernment. The signs that come when you’re grasping aren’t guidance. They’re noise dressed in urgency.
Wait for stillness.
Let faith do the seeing.
But honestly? The energy today is quietly lovely.
We will see the Sun in Gemini trine over to the Moon in Libra, and Mercury in Gemini will sextile Mars in Leo. The Sun in Gemini is so concerned with adaptability and information for the sake of it. The Moon in Libra wants harmony and peace. There’s potential for a breakthrough today — not in drama, but in ease. Not in proving, but in peace.
I like Mercury in Gemini sextile Mars in Leo. This is the kind of energy where clarity whispers. Where truth lands without needing to convince anyone it belongs.
f you feel the urge to perform or over-explain — pause. Let that urge be a signal. Sit in the discomfort of choosing not to perform.
That’s where your power lives now.
Journal Prompt:
- How can I become more adaptable without sacrificing my needs and desires that go beyond the superficial?
- Where can I ask for what I need, even if I’m afraid of the answer?

Friday, June 6th:
Fridays are ruled by Venus, and just after midnight, she returns home. After weeks and a whole Rx in Aries, where desire felt raw and restless, she steps into Taurus: steady, sensual, self-honoring.
This means our relationships have the chance to truly become rooted and secure over the next weeks. But our relationship with ourselves has to be rooted and secure first. Embody what you want and align with it.
Today invites us to soften into relationship, not just with others, but with the body that carries our joy, our hunger, our worth. Can you let yourself feel safe inside the very skin you live in? As the Moon is in Libra she will sextile over to Mars in Leo.
Authentic joy, creative sparks, flirty banter, and heart-led movement — all of it wants to lead today. Follow what feels alive. With Mercury and Jupiter in play, connection is magnetic — conversation could feel like electricity, ideas like invitations. Even eye contact might feel like a portal today.
Then the Moon will trine over to Mercury in Gemini. It’s a great Friday to go out and have fun with friends because the Moon will also trine Jupiter before she enters her fall in Scorpio. Let whatever happens transform you. Let it move you in ways that feel electric, embodied, and alive.
You don’t have to fear the fall — you’re not falling apart.
You’re falling deeper into truth.
Journal Prompt:
- How can I embody more self-worth and self-respect?
- Are the relationships currently in my life truly safe and secure?
- Where can I stop bracing for devastation, and be devoted to joy?

Saturday, June 7th:
Saturdays are ruled by Saturn, who is currently at zero Aries in a loose conjunction to Neptune. This is our chance to make the ethereal real. To build our dreams through structuring our lives with sovereignty.
Saturn helps us become discerning.
Saturn isn’t making any aspects, but as the background ruler he is at the root of it all. No matter what the external noise brings, you always have a choice: to become a sovereign container for your own reality.
Remember this today.
We are going to see the Moon in fall in Scorpio oppose Venus in Taurus, and then square over to Pluto in Aquarius. These aspects happen very early and then the Moon goes void. So, it’s not a day to do a whole lot. This is more about allowing what happens to be accepted and integrated.
The Moon in Scorpio knows how to hold pain tightly , sometimes too tightly. In opposition to Venus in Taurus, we’re invited to notice where we’ve cultivated our own resentment by not honoring our needs.
The Pluto square says:
Stop building your worth from wounds.
Stop crafting your identity from what hurt you. Pain exists — not to be worshipped, but to remind you that joy is possible.
You don’t have to label your feelings as productive or not. Some things just want to be felt, not fixed. And that’s enough.
Feelings are not problems to solve. They are thresholds to cross.
Be present. Accept whatever you feel, even if you’re feeling conflicting things simultaneously. Just witness. Don’t judge. Just allow.
Allowing is your sovereignty. It IS alignment.
Let today be a mirror, not a test. There’s no performance required. Only presence. And that’s more than enough.
Journal Prompt:
- Where am I blocking my own potential by refusing to assert my needs
- How is this an example of causing my own resentment?
- Where can I practice allowing, even if I’m allowing discomfort?
