How your sign embraces change
How well you embrace or handle change will depend on your dominant signs. If you have more cardinal signs you likely change easier by first changing how you think about something. If you have more fixed signs you will need to change the way you feel about something. With more mutable signs you need to simply act in willpower to achieve change.

I am not only Air dominant, I am Aquarius dominant. Some of us have what is called a signature sign and mine is definitely Aquarius, and Aquarius is a fixed sign. What bothers me the most about having so much of this sign in my chart is that it gets said a lot that we do not have feelings, when in truth we feel deeply. It gets old being told you have no emotions when the first half of your life was full of emotional reacting to everything.
However, we’re also given this knowledge over time that we are not our feelings. We can detach and live in the awareness above them as needed. I cannot change anything in my life if I don’t first change how I feel about it, thus I must feel, right? Emotional intelligence is not a lack of emotions.
Cardinal Signs: Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn
If you have any of these signs you don’t handle change well until you’ve convinced yourself to change the way you think about it. Once you change the way you think about something you initiate the change happily. If any of these signs are the dominant one in your chart the sooner you start actively working on how you think and what you think the better.
People look to you to know where to start.
Fixed Signs: Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius
If you have any of those signs as dominant in your chart, such as I do with Aquarius, you feel things quite deeply. I also have a lot of Leo, so trust me when I tell you my feelings led me for most of my life. You will have to recognize at some point you are not your feelings. You are the awareness above them and feelings do not equal truth. Learn to embrace facts.
People look to you for comfort and stability.
Mutable Signs: Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces
If any of these signs are your dominant sign you simply have to act. Don’t think or feel too much about it. Just know what you need to do and do it. You are great chameleons who adapt easier than most to pretty much any situation. You are one who needs to simply take charge.
People look to you for completion.

Let’s say one person from each type were in a group, working on a project. A Cancer from the Cardinal group would spark the project or come up with the idea. The Aquarius from the fixed signs would build that idea up and stabilize it into something concrete. The mutable Virgo comes in and completes it.
