Collective Check-In

Collective Mediation Message:

Now is not the time for us to feel we can go it alone. More than ever we must learn to come together for the greater good. Compromise will be necessary, but never compromise your self-respect, safety, or dignity to keep the peace. It is time we learned the difference between walls and healthy boundaries.

One keeps everything out, good and bad, by taking it all so personal that you’re terrified to be near it. The other understands nothing is as personal as it feels, so you allow everything in, but the moment a clearly defined boundary is violated you send the violator away in unconditional love and forgiveness. Having understood it is themselves they struggle to love.

It’s time we learn to ride the ebb and flow of emotions with intention and purpose. To feel them, yes, but remain detached enough to apply logic and move forward not allowing them to cement into our brain that we deserve pain or trauma. Re-write the neurons. Let them fire differently now.

We are all in this together. No one is more introverted and lone wolf than I am, but I’m coming to understand that we each bring something to the table. It’s only when we fit all our pieces together that the puzzle becomes clear. You, yes YOU, have something to bring to the table. Figure out what it is.

The affirmation going forward is “I always trust the direction of the universe and know I’m being guided.” I understand it can be difficult to remember this when obstacles come up, when the news is scary, when things seem so uncertain, but it is imperative you remember this.

Whenever you feel stuck, angry, overwhelmed, take a moment to sit down somewhere quiet. Breath in to the count of five, exhale to the count of seven. Do this as many times as it takes to calm yourself. Then remind yourself that sometimes obstacles are detours in the right direction, figure out the lesson in what you’re going through, and try on new perspectives.

The biggest message in the charms is also to have faith. Try being brave, stepping into that faith, and allowing it to propel you into the unknown. Believe in your divine purpose and be inspired to transform from within. It’s time to let go of that old reflection that sees yourself as weak and unworthy.

You may be at the infant stage of self-discovery, and that’s okay. We all have to start somewhere. There are so many wonderful secrets Spirit wants to whisper to you. About how you’re a warrior, full of love, dreams, and absolute protection on your journey. Face your fears and overcome them.

Today, ask yourself whether you’ve been giving of who you are to receive something in return, or if you’re simply giving from gratitude and grace. Maybe double check who you’re investing energy into, as well. If the energy isn’t reciprocated that relationship is not for you. It doesn’t matter if it’s a lover, friend, or family member.

Your memories matter. It’s not about leaving the past behind and trying to forget it. There are deep nuggets of wisdom and a wealth of lessons learned that you can pull from the past when you stop taking it so personally. It’s truly time to grow comfortable in your own skin. To own all of you, light and shadow, and surrender it all to the divine. Integrate it into your being.

You have to start somewhere. Before you can build a sturdy foundation you must dig up the old and get rid of it. Get clear about what you value and why. See your shame not as a monster you have to pass off to others, but as a reminder that you’re not living up to those values. Just shift your perspective the tiniest bit, and see what that does for you.

There is no place like home, when home is your authenticity. When you finally own all of you, good and bad, and stop allowing other people to use it all against you. When you decide to acknowledge you’re not perfect, that you did the best you could at any given time, with the knowledge you had. That you do better now because you know better. Let that be enough.

We’re walking away from poverty mindset and adopting a fertile, abundant energy. We’re going to leave instability and imbalance behind to exude confidence and warmth. No more being caught up in the chains we create for ourselves. We’re freeing ourselves to express our creativity and emotions in healthy ways moving forward.

No more clinging to people, places, and things, hoping they they will magically become what we need and want them to be. The wheel is turning. It’s time to let old cycles die now. There is an opportunity to learn something new from an open heart space full of love.

The door is open, but you have to walk through it. When you do justice will finally be served. You will finally start reaping those rewards. You will never have to hustle for them. Your vibe attracts what is yours or keeps it away. All else is just a bunch of noise.

That isn’t to say you can’t be sad or down. We all get that way at times. You will never reach a perfect state of joy and emotion. The goal is not to transcend our human experience, but to integrate it. It’s not how you feel, but what you choose to do with the feeling that matters.

Namaste.
